My international-transit parcel are arrived at Lotusgoo warehouse but without place order in advance, what should I do?

Lotusgoo will sign for the parcel and store at warehouse as special case, but we will destroy the parcel when its over 60days storage period and if nobody contact us.


You can only check the status after you place order with full details of package and goods, Lotusgoo can only figure out which this parcel belongs by details provided by customer and then can update the parcel status.

1. Lotusgoo will update and manage special items/packages on everyday 09:00AM and 15:00PM, if you have submitted details, please check it after 09:00AM or 15:00PM.


2.Please must follow Lotusgoo standard procedure and place order firstly, to avoid any mistake or delay on cargo storage and shipping. Thanks for your understanding.
