1. Purchasing transfer orders
If you submit a purchasing order, you can submit a transshipment order after the purchasing product is put on the shelf. The operation process is as follows:
1. Log in to Lotusgoo , click "Member Center", and enter "My Order"
2. Select the product under the status of "submit waybill" (multiple goods shipped in a package, please check the required goods at the same time), click "submit waybill", click "submit waybill" to enter the waybill submission Page, then select your consignee address, the system will automatically provide all the available channels and shipping costs in the country, customers can choose the desired route according to your needs. After checking the fees, click "Submit Waybill" and complete the payment That's it.
2. Consolidation
The transfer submission operation process is as follows:
1. Click "International Address" in the member center, fill in your overseas consignee information, and then click "Add" in the upper right corner to save your consignee information.
2. Select Consolidation on the homepage, enter the consolidation page and submit product information and logistics information, and then wait for the transshipment package to be stored
3. After the goods are in the warehouse, you can enter "My Orders" in the Member Center" and select the goods in the state of "Can submit the waybill" (If multiple goods are shipped in packages, please check the required goods at the same time. Yes), click "Submit Waybill" to enter the page for submitting the waybill, and then select your consignee address. The system will automatically provide all the available channels and shipping costs in the country. Customers can choose what they need according to their needs Route. After checking the cost, click "Submit Waybill" and complete the payment.
Tips:
Only the goods/parcels that have arrived in the warehouse can be selected and submitted to the waybill. Customers who have not arrived in the warehouse please wait for a while, and Lotusgoo will notify you through the system when they arrive in the warehouse.
